Privacy Policy

Last updated: August 2026

This policy explains what data UQVPN handles while operating its website, user panel, and subscription services, why it is handled, how long it is retained, and how users can manage it. Please read these terms before using the service.

Data Collection and Purposes

Creating a UQVPN account does not require an email address; a username and password are sufficient. The account system handles usernames, authentication credentials, and necessary account status information for authentication, subscription delivery, account security, and support. Please do not include unrelated personal details in your username.

After a subscription or data-package transaction, the system stores order records, including the order identifier, selected item, payment status, creation status, and refund processing records. This information supports service delivery, transaction checks, dispute handling, and necessary financial record obligations. Data usage and subscription status are processed to enforce plan allowances, reset rules, and account displays.

The website may collect basic analytics and technical diagnostic information, such as page views, browser type, device category, referring page, error details, and network address. This data helps assess compatibility, identify abnormal requests, maintain website security, and improve content structure. It is not used to build profiles of users' browsing interests.

No-Logs Policy and Connection Data

UQVPN does not record which websites users access through international routes, or retain access content, transmitted content, or historical records that could reconstruct specific browsing activity. The service does not analyze network activity to sell, exchange, or deliver targeted content.

Service operation may require real-time processing of technical signals necessary for a connection, such as subscription validity, usage measurement, and abnormal-request detection. Such data is used only to complete connections, enforce plan rules, and keep systems running. It is not used to create long-term, personally identifiable connection logs.

When a user submits a support ticket and voluntarily provides diagnostic materials, the information is used only to investigate that issue. Once troubleshooting is complete, diagnostic materials with no remaining support, security, or recordkeeping purpose will be deleted or de-identified. Do not submit passwords, payment credentials, or unrelated content in a ticket.

Cookies and Local Storage

The website and user panel may use cookies or browser local storage to save login sessions, language preferences, interface state, and security verification information. These mechanisms maintain login sessions, reduce repeated setup, and keep page features working properly. They are not used for cross-site tracking.

Users can clear cookies and local storage through browser settings. After clearing them, the login state, language selection, or some interface preferences may need to be configured again. Blocking necessary storage may prevent the user panel from maintaining a session, but it will not affect basic reading of public pages.

Third-Party Payment Processing

UQVPN supports Alipay, WeChat Pay, and USDT. Payment processing is handled by the relevant payment service or transaction network, which collects the information required to complete a transaction under its own rules. UQVPN generally receives the order identifier, payment result, amount status, and related information needed to process the transaction, confirm service delivery, and handle refunds.

Third-party payment services are responsible for the data they independently collect. Before paying, users should review the privacy information provided by the selected payment service. UQVPN will not ask users to submit payment passwords or other payment-account authentication credentials through a regular support ticket.

Data Retention, Deletion, and Policy Updates

Account information is retained while the account remains active. Order, refund, and necessary security records are kept only as long as needed for transaction completion, dispute handling, and applicable recordkeeping obligations; afterward, they will be deleted, aggregated, or de-identified. Analytics are retained for the minimum period needed to maintain the website and are not combined with specific network access content.

Users can sign in to the user panel and use the support-ticket entry point to request access to, correction of, or deletion of account-related information. Deletion requests are handled after verifying identity and account ownership. Data still needed for an open order, refund dispute, security investigation, or necessary recordkeeping obligation will be deleted after the relevant matter ends. Account deletion does not affect lawful processing already completed.

This policy may be updated when features, data-handling practices, or applicable requirements change. The updated version will be published on this page, and the last-updated month at the top will be changed. Important changes to the scope of data handling will be highlighted in an appropriate location on the website or user panel. Continued use of the updated service means that the user has read the policy in effect at that time.
