Terms of Service
Last updated: August 2026
These terms apply to the cross-border network acceleration and subscription services provided by UQVPN. By visiting this website, creating an account, activating a subscription, or continuing to use the service, users confirm that they have read and agree to follow these terms.
Service Content and Scope
UQVPN provides network acceleration for cross-border access, using international routes to improve connection paths when accessing international websites, online tools, and digital content. The current service covers 100+ countries / 150+ routes and supports Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Available routes, client entry points, and subscription details are subject to the information shown in the user panel.
Network connections may be affected by the user's location, carrier routing, target service status, device environment, and fluctuations in public networks. UQVPN may change certain routes and access methods as needed for route maintenance, capacity scheduling, security response, or service adjustments. These changes are intended to maintain service operation and connection quality and do not constitute a commitment that any fixed route will remain available long term.
Accounts, Subscriptions, and Devices
No email address is required for registration; an account can be created with a username and password. Users are responsible for protecting their login credentials and for subscriptions, route usage, and support-ticket actions carried out through their accounts. If credentials are exposed or access is unauthorized, users should change their passwords promptly and submit a ticket through the user panel.
Subscriptions support unlimited simultaneous devices, but may only be used by the account holder on devices they own or manage. Accounts, subscription credentials, and route access must not be resold, rented, publicly posted, or distributed as a shared service to unrelated people. Users must not bypass normal subscription management or traffic rules by creating accounts in bulk, abusing automation, or using other methods.
Monthly subscription traffic resets each month on the activation date; when upgrading partway through a billing period, the price difference is prorated according to the remaining days. Traffic packages remain available until used and never expire. Subscription status, remaining traffic, and upgrade results are determined by the records in the user panel.
Lawful-Use Requirements
When using UQVPN, users must comply with the laws and regulations of their location and those applicable to the relevant services, while respecting third-party intellectual property, privacy, and service rules. The service must not be used for unlawful activities, infringement of others' rights, distribution of malicious programs, interference with network facilities, unauthorized bulk messaging, or unauthorized access to or testing of third-party systems.
If the system detects clearly abnormal traffic patterns, security risks, resource abuse, or a valid compliance complaint, UQVPN may take necessary measures such as restricting related connections, suspending a subscription, or terminating an account. Measures will be limited to what is needed to control the risk, and users may be asked to provide account-related information through a support ticket.
Service Availability and Liability Limits
UQVPN will maintain routes, client entry points, and the user panel under existing technical conditions, but does not promise that any route, region, or third-party service will always be accessible. Scheduled maintenance, unexpected failures, carrier changes, target website policies, incorrect device configuration, and network events beyond reasonable control may cause interruptions, speed changes, or temporary unavailability of some features.
Users should keep independent backups of important materials and determine whether the service is suitable for a particular purpose. To the extent permitted by applicable law, UQVPN is not liable for indirect losses caused by user devices, local networks, third-party platforms, incorrect configurations, or events beyond reasonable control. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be limited or excluded.
Termination, Refunds, and Changes to These Terms
Users may stop using the service. If a user seriously violates these terms, resells or publicly shares a subscription, persistently affects normal route operation, or uses the service for unlawful activities, UQVPN may suspend or terminate the relevant account and subscription. Whether an explanation will be provided before termination depends on the nature of the risk, legal requirements, and practical feasibility.
A full, no-questions-asked refund may be requested within 60 days after the first payment. Refund requests must be submitted through the support-ticket entry in the user panel so the related account and payment record can be verified. This refund commitment applies together with the other account-management rules in these terms.
UQVPN may revise these terms due to changes in service content, technical conditions, compliance requirements, or operating rules. The updated text will be published on this page, and the date at the top of the page will be updated accordingly. Material changes will receive reasonable notice through the website or user panel. Continued use of the service after an update indicates acceptance of the revised terms; users who disagree may stop using the service.
