PRECHECK
Pre-flight checks
Before you begin, make sure your device can open web pages normally and have the devices you plan to use ready. UQVPN supports Windows, macOS, iOS, Android, and Linux; this page focuses on the basic import flow for the most common platforms. Button locations and labels vary slightly by platform, but the overall path is the same: open the user dashboard, get the subscription for your current account, import it into the client, refresh the route list, and connect.
Subscription content is account-specific delivery information and should be copied directly from the user dashboard. Do not use an address from search results, chat history, or another source, and do not assemble parameters manually. The https://example.com/sub?token=YOUR_TOKEN shown in this guide only illustrates what a link looks like; it is an explicit placeholder and cannot be used to connect. Always use the content shown in the logged-in user dashboard.
If a similar client is already installed on the device, first distinguish its existing configuration from the new configuration you are about to import. There is no need to delete the old content immediately, but give the UQVPN subscription a clear name so you do not select the wrong source when connecting. Once ready, continue to account creation; each later step can be completed from the same dashboard.
Create a username and open the dashboard
Open the UQVPN sign-up page and set an easy-to-recognize username and a unique password. No email address is required; these credentials are used to access the user dashboard later. Submit the form when finished. After a successful login, you should see areas such as the account overview, client downloads, and plans. If the page remains on the login screen, check that the username matches what you just created, then enter the password again.
Choose a username you can remember, but avoid using exactly the same combination as another important service. Store the password securely, since your plan status, subscription details, and support tickets are linked to this account. Public devices are not suitable for keeping a session open long term; log out of the dashboard when finished so the browser does not retain the account page.
Once you are in the dashboard, there is no need to look for an installer or copy any example address. Choose a plan first. This order is more reliable: the account stores your status, the plan activates the service, and the subscription is delivered once the service is available. If you open the client area before selecting a plan, you may see only instructions or guidance rather than complete subscription content.
Done when: you can access the UQVPN user dashboard with your username and password.
Start FreeChoose a plan and complete checkout
Open the Plans section in the user dashboard and first consider how you will use the service. A monthly subscription suits ongoing use, with data resetting each month on the activation date. A data package suits usage-based needs and remains valid until depleted, with no expiration. Check the billing period, included data, and price; there is no need to add plans based on device count because the service supports unlimited simultaneous devices.
For browsing, documents, and everyday tools, estimate your needs from your usual usage. If you also stream video for long periods, transfer large files, or keep several devices connected, leave extra data headroom. The Plans page lists the full specifications for monthly subscriptions and data packages; use the plan shown on the dashboard checkout page as the final choice before payment. When upgrading a monthly subscription mid-cycle, the price difference is converted into remaining days, so check the current cycle before making changes.
At checkout, pay using Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT provided on the page. After payment, return to the user dashboard, wait for the order status to update, and check the service status in the account overview. Do not submit the same order repeatedly on the payment page. If the status does not change promptly, check the order section first, then use the dashboard ticket entry for help. UQVPN offers a 60-day no-questions-asked refund; see the Plans page and Terms of Service for the application path and applicable terms.
Once the account overview shows that the plan is active, continue to get your subscription. There is no need to create another account or search a marketing page for client files; the delivery entry remains in the current user dashboard.
Done when: the order and service status in the dashboard have updated, and you can continue to the subscription details.
View PlansGet your subscription from the user dashboard
Return to the account overview and find the subscription details or client import area. The dashboard provides available options based on your account status. When copying, use the page's copy control to avoid missing characters at the beginning or end through manual selection. A subscription is normally a complete block of content; do not add spaces, quotation marks, or extra parameters.
After copying, do not paste the content into a public webpage for testing or store it long term in a public document. A subscription carries configuration available to your current account and should be transferred directly from the dashboard to your own client. To use another personal device, sign in to the same user dashboard on that device and obtain the subscription again instead of forwarding it through a public channel. UQVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices, but each device should still use a controlled local client.
If the dashboard provides both client access and a subscription entry, get the client for your operating system first, then return to the subscription section and copy the content. The client receives and runs the configuration, while the subscription provides the route list; neither replaces the other. With only a client and no imported subscription, UQVPN routes usually will not appear. With only a subscription and no suitable client, a system connection cannot be established.
After copying, you can leave the dashboard open until the client import succeeds. If pasting fails or the route list does not refresh, you can return and copy the content again without searching through history for an old version.
Done when: you have obtained the subscription for the current account from the account overview and are ready to import it into a client on this device.
View SubscriptionImport into clients on each platform
System permissions differ by platform, but the import logic is the same. Start in the client download area of the user dashboard, get the appropriate entry, install or open the UQVPN client, and go to subscription management. Paste in the content you copied earlier, save it, and refresh until the route list appears. The sections below cover only the main path to a working connection; system permissions, background behavior, and specialized issues are covered in Troubleshooting.
WINDOWS
Windows: Add a configuration from the subscription entry
Choose the Windows client entry in the user dashboard and follow the dashboard instructions to obtain and install the UQVPN client. On first launch, look for “Subscription,” “Configuration,” or “Add” in the main interface or settings. Choose import from link, paste the complete subscription content copied from the dashboard, give it a clear name, and save it. Return to the routes page and refresh. When the region and route names appear, the import is complete.
When connecting, the system may request permission to create the required network connection. Confirm that the request comes from the newly installed UQVPN client before continuing. If the client shows routes but clicking Connect has no effect, first quit other similar tools using the system proxy, then restart the UQVPN client. More complex permission conflicts are outside this page; open Troubleshooting and follow the symptom-based guidance.
MACOS
macOS: Allow network configuration, then import
Open the macOS client entry from the user dashboard, finish the installation, and launch the UQVPN client. On its first run, macOS may ask you to confirm how the app should open and request permission to add a network configuration when connecting. After confirming the system prompts, open subscription management in the client, choose Add remote subscription or Import from link, paste the content provided by the dashboard, and save it.
After saving, refresh the route list once rather than judging success by the subscription name alone. Seeing routes does not mean you are connected; choose a route on the main screen and start the connection. If the app opens but the system never shows a connected state, check in System Settings that the relevant network configuration is allowed. For complete macOS permission guidance, continue with the dedicated guides and Troubleshooting on this site.
ANDROID
Android: Paste the subscription into the client
Sign in to the user dashboard on your Android device and open the client download area to get the UQVPN client. After installing and opening it, look for Add configuration, Import subscription, or Subscription management. Choose Add from link, paste the complete subscription content, save it, then pull to refresh or use the page's update control. Once the routes appear, select the target region and connect.
The first connection displays a system authorization prompt for the network connection. Confirm it, and the client status should change from disconnected to connected. If the connection drops after switching to another app, check the system's background activity settings for the client so the connection process is not stopped prematurely. Settings vary considerably by device manufacturer, so this page does not list them individually; use the FAQs and look for “mobile background disconnections” to continue troubleshooting.
IOS
iOS: Get the client from the dashboard and import
Open the user dashboard on your iOS device and enter the client access area provided there. This page does not provide a standalone installer address or replace the official delivery path in the dashboard. After installing the client, return to the user dashboard and copy the subscription. Then find Add subscription, Import from link, or Remote configuration in the client, paste the content, and save it.
When starting the connection for the first time, the system will request permission to add a network configuration. Confirm it, return to the client, select a route, and connect. When the corresponding connection status appears at the top of the screen or in network settings, the system is handling current network requests. If the subscription imports but the routes do not update, manually refresh the subscription management page. If connection still fails after authorization, open Troubleshooting for the recommended order of system configuration and network checks.
Connect to a route and verify it works
Once the route list appears, choose a region that matches the service you want to use. For content available in a specific region, prioritize a route in that region; for ordinary browsing, start with a geographically nearby route. Do not switch rapidly between multiple routes. After each change, give the client time to establish the connection before checking the status.
After the client shows that you are connected, open the site's Network Check page and see whether the current exit information has changed. For verification, open a new browser page so an older page does not continue using the session created before connecting. If the result still shows the previous exit, confirm that the client is using a full-device mode or a connection mode suitable for the current app, then close and reopen the app you want to access.
Do not judge success only by the client's button color. A more reliable sequence is: the client reports a completed connection, the Network Check page shows new exit information, and the target webpage loads normally. The basic setup is complete when all three conditions are met. If only some apps fail while the browser and check page work normally, the issue is usually the app's proxy scope or cache; there is no need to change plans or repeatedly delete the subscription.
If a connection cannot be established at all, switch to another route in the same region and then test on a different local network. If connected but webpages do not open, check whether the browser retained an old session and try reopening it. If speed is noticeably unstable, assess the local network, route distance, and time of use separately. For a more systematic process, open Troubleshooting and follow the guidance for “cannot connect at all,” “connected but webpages will not open,” or “slow speed.”
Post-setup checks
Once the basic connection is working, everyday use comes down to three habits. First, open the client and confirm a route before cross-border access. Second, switch to another route in the same region when a route is unsuitable. Third, refresh the subscription regularly so the client receives the latest route information from the dashboard. Refreshing the subscription does not place a new order or change the current plan; it only syncs the available configuration.
You can sign in to the same account on multiple personal devices and import the subscription separately because UQVPN supports unlimited simultaneous devices. Each device should obtain the client and subscription from the user dashboard rather than treating a local configuration file as a long-term distribution method. Monthly subscription data resets each month on the activation date; data packages remain available until depleted and never expire. To check the remaining status, return to the account overview instead of estimating it from the client's local statistics.
Change your password, adjust your plan, or submit a connection issue from the user dashboard. When submitting a ticket, include the device platform, client used, stage at which the issue occurred, selected route region, and troubleshooting already performed. Do not paste the complete subscription content on a public page. The closer the details are to the actual steps, the easier it is for support to determine whether the issue involves account status, subscription refresh, system permissions, or the local network.
This page covers only the essential path to getting connected. Route-type differences, evening peak-hour checks, DNS issues, failed subscription updates, app routing, and background disconnections are covered systematically in Troubleshooting.
